OUR COMmitment to health & Safety!

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, we have always placed an emphasis on the safety of our patients and our team members. These unusual times have required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level of protocols to protect you, our patients.

We are committed in providing you with a safe environment that aligns with the US health officials and the Office of the New York State Governor. Our team members are tested regularly with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test or the "swab" rest and antibody COVID-19 tests. In return, we ask for your patience as we conduct electronic health screenings before and during your appointment.

Here are the simple steps we have implemented to protect you and the people around you:

1.

We are proud to have ultra clean and spacious patient lounges. We only ask that you keep to physical distancing by seating one or two seats apart. There may be a slight chance that you will be asked to wait outside the clinic or in your vehicles should we reach the maximum safety capacity in our lounges.

2.

There could be a small wait from your scheduled appointment time as we have allotted more time to enhancing our usual sanitizing protocols in between each patient.

3.

As you come to check-in, may we ask you to remove your gloves (if you're wearing one), and dispose them properly to our bins.

4.

You will then be offered to use our moisturizing sanitizing alcohols or you can use your own. This is very important before touching anything to minimize cross-contamination in the clinic.

5.

Your body temperature will be taken to make sure you don't have a fever.

6.

Please keep your mask-on at all times except when enjoying our full-service refreshments and of course during your treatment. We will provide you with a resealable bag so you can safely keep your mask and reuse it.

7.

As you are seated in our operatory, you will be offered to rinse your mouth with an antiseptic rinse before we start any procedure.

8.

Finally, to effectively facilitate social distancing, may we ask you bring a companion - only if you must. We always welcome one essential company per patient (e.g parent, guardian, nanny or friend for emotional support) during your appointment.

Together, we will fight the spread of Covid-19 in our community. We thank you for your full cooperation as we welcome you to our new homes in the Upper East Side & Long Island City.
